The Relais table — Corsican cuisine facing the lake

30 minutes from Ajaccio, at 600 m altitude, our table d'hôtes serves a single daily menu made with Corsican produce — goat cheese, local charcuterie, vegetables from the kitchen garden, meat from neighbouring farmers. In the morning, we share fresh bread, home-made jams and cake of the day; in the evening, we all dine together at the long table, facing the Monte Renoso.

Breakfast

Served from 6 AM to 10 AM. Bread, butter, jam, home-made cake, fruit juice and seasonal fruit. Coffee, tea, infusions at will.

At 7:30 PM every evening. Single daily menu — starter, main, dessert — built around local supplies and the season. Vegetarian option on request when booking.

Corsican produce, straight from the source

Goat cheese, brocciu, pork charcuterie, honey and jams come from local producers within 30 km. We always credit our suppliers at the table.

No endless menu: one single dinner each night, evolving with what came in. More precise cooking, less waste, and the chef can focus on what matters.

The meal as an experience

Everyone eats at the same time, at the long table. It is often the highlight of the day for our guests — a chance to meet fellow travellers.

In high season you can also choose to dine at La Table du Maréchal, a semi-gastronomic restaurant in Tolla with an exceptional view over the lake. Separate pricing, not included in the Relais half board. Booking recommended.
